Shavee Kapoor

Shavee Kapoor is the Chief Operating Officer at Sterling Administration and has been an integral part of the organization since joining in March 2009. She began her career with Sterling as a Technical Support Analyst in the IT department and has since grown into a key member of the executive leadership team.

Throughout her tenure, Shavee has played a critical role in strengthening Sterling’s technology capabilities, advancing product innovation, and improving collaboration across departments. Her expertise in strategic planning, project prioritization, and execution has been instrumental in the successful implementation of numerous technology and operational initiatives.

With a deep understanding of Sterling’s business, clients, and teams, Shavee now leads the company’s operations with a continued focus on operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth.

Shavee is a graduate of California State University, Fresno, and is also an enthusiastic food lover.
