For the third consecutive year, Sterling Administration has been recognized as a Greater Bay Area Top Workplace, earning the 2026 award from Axios and Energage.

The Top Workplaces award is determined through a confidential employee survey administered by Energage, a leading employee engagement technology company. The survey measures key aspects of the workplace experience, including whether employees feel respected and supported, are empowered to perform at their best, and are provided with opportunities for growth and development.
