Sarah Soman

Sarah Soman is the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Sterling Administration and a long-standing member of the Sterling team. Energetic and inquisitive, she brings extensive experience in employee benefits, with deep expertise in Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs).

Throughout her tenure, Sarah has played an important role in the development and evolution of Sterling’s benefits solutions. She was instrumental in the design and rollout of Sterling’s first ACA product and has continued to contribute to the growth and competitiveness of the company’s offerings.

In her current role, Sarah leads strategic initiatives focused on strengthening broker relationships, enhancing product competitiveness, and driving operational excellence across departments. Her industry knowledge, collaborative approach, and understanding of partner needs help support Sterling’s continued growth and long-term relationships.

Sarah is a graduate of Montclair State University and enjoys traveling to the US.
