Sterling Administration is proud to announce that Penny Walker has joined the team to lead our business development effort in the Oregon, Washington and greater Pacific Northwest.
Walker, an Oregon native, joins Sterling with a successful employee benefits background in both the broker and carrier side. She will be charged with new business development of Sterling’s HSA, HRA, FSA, POP, COBRA and Compliance products, primarily through benefits brokers.

Penny went to University of Oregon, and lives in Portland with her family.
