JEFF STRONG NAMED VP OF SALES

Sterling is very proud to announce that longtime Sterling veteran Jeff Strong has been named our new VP of Sales, leading the national sales team and strategy. Jeff has been successfully serving our broker community in Southern California for years. He will be transitioning his Southern California brokers to our newly appointed Sales Director, Peter Cabot, who recently joined us from BenefitMall in Southern California.

PETER CABOT JOINS STERLING AS REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

Sterling is proud to welcome Peter Cabot to the team as

Business Development/Regional Director. Peter joins us after a successful career at BenefitMall in Southern California. With over 30 years of experience in employee benefits, we are confident he will do incredible things at Sterling.

Peter has been a longtime active member of NAHU and CAHU for three decades. He has served on several boards in Southern California. However, his passion is giving back to the community. For Peter, this takes shape in the form of USSC Youth Groups, the Hero’s Regatta and the Patriot’s Regatta – all sailing events bringing underserved youth or our military out on sailboats to experience the sport of sailing.

Peter will be charged with expanding our footprint in Orange County, San Diego and in other states. Welcome Peter!
